KARACHI Two activists were injured in a clash between two student organisations here at National College within the remit of New Town police station on Thursday. According to police, the clash erupted on a petty dispute between the activists of Pakhtoon Students Federation and Islami Jamiat Talaba and activists of both organisations freely used sticks and rods. Resultantly Junaid 19, son of Qasim and Raheel 18, son of Ghulam received injuries and were rushed to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Following the clash academic process remained halted for hours and panic crept up in neutral students. Heavy contingent of law enforcement agencies reached to the scene to avoid any further misconduct. Case could not be registered till filing of this report. staff report
