HYDERABAD Members of the Government Secondary School Teachersí Association staged a protest demonstration on Wednesday against the District Education Officer (DEO) Secondary, Jamshoro outside the Hyderabad Press Club. They were carrying placards and banners and raised slogans against the corruption of the DEO. They told reports that the DEO Secondary, Jamshoro was extremely corrupt. Mentioning his recent corruptions they told reporters that the DEO recently inducted 82 teachers into the department after taking bribe of millions of rupees and suspended six teachers because of a protest demonstration against his corrupt practices a week back



SU law students stage demo

HYDERABAD The Action Committee of the students of the Institute ofLaw, University of Sindh, held a protest demonstration on Wednesday against the management of the institute outside the Hyderabad Press Club. They chanted slogans against the management of the institute while carrying placards and banners and demanded of the government to provide proper facilities to them. They said the institute had no library and there was no hostel while transport facilities for the students of the institute were not available.
