Admissions 2011/2012 Abbottabad Army Burn Hall College for Girls, Abbottabad

Army Burn Hall College for Girls, Abbottabad, has admissions open for entry into Class Prep for day-scholars (girls only) and boarders (boys only) for academic year 2012.

Prospectus containing the admission form may be collected from Admissions Office, Army Burn Hall College for Girls, in person on payment of Rs.1,000 or obtained by post through bank draft of Rs.1,050 in the name of “Principal, Army Burn Hall College for Girls”. Prospectus will also be available at Army Selection and Recruitment Centers at Lahore, Multan, Quetta and Karachi.

Application Form for admission must be accompanied by a bank draft in the name of “Principal, Army Burn Hall College for Girls” for the under-mentioned amount submitted as Registration Fee (non-refundable):
Till December 5, 2011: Rs.1,000
From December 06 to 10: Rs.1,500
From December 11 to 13, 2011: Rs.2,000

Age of the applicant must be between 5 to 6 years on March 01, 2012.

For civilian applicants: Attested copy of B Form from NADRA Office
For army personnel wards: Attested copy of CORO Part-II Order

Entry Test for admissions will be held on December 18, 2011 at Army Burn Hall College of Girls, Abbottabad, and Army Selection and Recruitment Centers at Lahore, Multan, Quetta and Karachi.

Only the candidates short-listed on the basis of Written Test will be called for Interview/ Oral Test. Selected students will be issued Call Letters for joining the College by the second week of February 2012.

2012 Admission Army Burn Hall College for Boys, Abbottabad 2011 year

Army Burn Hall College for Boys, abbottabad, has invited applications for admission to Prep, 5th, 6th and 7th classes for academic year 2012.

Prospectus along with prescribed admission application form can be obtained against payment of Rs.1,050 by hand or through crossed bank draft in favor of Principal Army Burn Hall College for Boys, Abbottabad. Prospectus is also available in the Army Selection and Recruitment Centers: Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Sialkot, Sargodha, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, Quetta, Peshawar, Gilgit and Muzaffarabad.

Admission Form is also available on the Army Burn Hall College for Boys website. The cost of Admission Form i.e. Rs.1,000 will have to be remitted along with Registration Fee.

Waiver up to 90 days is admissible, for which parents are required to submit an application to the Principal along with a copy of Form-B of the applicant and also a copy of CORO in case of army parents.

With late fee Rs.500: December 06 to 10, 2011
With late fee of Rs.1,000: December 11 to 13, 2011

Candidates short listed on the basis of Written Test will only be called for interview. However, candidates residing abroad will be called for interview only and venue will be intimated later on.

Selected students will be issued Call Letters in February 2012 for joining the classes.
