Rawalpindi board has hired computer staff to run there website properly



Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, has appointed a new computer programmer in 17-grade allegedly without the approval of Board of Governors and any advertisement.

According to the sources board high-ups suspended Asif Masood, working on the post, on 1 November and on the same date they appointed Sulman Khyzir through letter number 11840/CE with the signatures of controller examination. After the issuance of the appointment orders of computer programmer, the controller examination was also suspended on the same day, the sources alleged.


The sources said that Sulman Khyzir, the newly appointed computer programmer, belongs to Faisalabad. He is the student of Dr. Majid Naeem and the neighbour of RBISE Chairman Dr. Muhammad Qasim. They alleged that board high officials haven’t followed the rules and appointed the computer programmer without the approval of Board of Governors and without any advertisement. “Sulman has been working as System Network Administrator in a private college and is not capable to handle the online system of RBISE,” the sources alleged.

When ‘The News’ contacted RBISE Chairman Dr. Muhammad Qasim for his comments on the issue he said “I have the authority to hire any employee on ad hoc or temporary basis.”The news. </
