KIMS is a constituent institute of Kohat University and is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

Applications have been invited from eligible candidates on prescribed application forms available from the following listed branches of Habib Bank Limited.

Application form shall be submitted along with a bank draft of Rs.1,000 as application processing fee in favor of Director Finance KUST, Kohat.

Applications will be received in the office of Principal, KUST Institute of Medical Sciences, KDA Kohat, in person on working days.

Admission Eligibility
Candidates having 60% unadjusted marks in their F.Sc. Pre-Medical or equivalent qualification from other boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Pakistan or abroad.
Candidates who have appeared in the entrance test (ETEA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa held in 2011.
Candidate having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / FATA and Hangu (Backward Area).

Test for Hafiz-e-Quran and display of result: November 21, 2011
Appeal against disqualified Hafiz-e-Quran: November 22 and 23, 2011
Appellate committee meeting for Hafiz-e-Quran: November 25, 2011
Display of provisional merit list: November 30, 2011
Submission of objections/claims against provisional merit list: December 01 to 03, 2011
Display of final merit list: December 10, 2011
Interview December 13 and 14, 2011
