Lahore: 23 Nov: University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore has announced that Dr. Stephane Ostrowski , member, Wildlife Conservation Society, USA, will deliver a seminar on “Activities of WCS in Pakistan” in the Seminar Room, Department of Pathology on 24-11-2011 (Thursday) at 11.30.
All the faculty members and postgraduate students are requested to attend the seminar.

The chief minister Punjab is pleased to constitute an emergency mobilization community committee for Dengue control campaigns under the chairmanship of Mr. RANA MASHOOD AHMED KHAN Deputy speaker, provincial assembly of the Punjab as focal person to hold meeting with youth representatives /youth organizations in Lahore to mobilize, organize and educate the youth against Dengue outbreak.
Volunteers are required for the following tasks/working groups
Awareness group at community level Motivation and counseling group in hospitals


Motivation and counseling group at community level
Blood donors
Energetic, self motivated volunteers are required to contact the undersigned for making a group from UVAS family to help the government of Punjab in the implementation of dengue control program.
