KARACHI: Admissions to the University of Karachi will start from Monday (today). A spokesman of the institution said in a statement on Sunday that the admissions on open merit would commence at the university’s 52 teaching departments, 19 research institutes and centres. This year admissions would be granted in accordance with the admission policy as per the approved seats in respective departments. The spokesman further pointed out that the process of admission would be carried out in a transparent manner. He said that admission forms would be available from 14 designated branches of the United Bank in the metropolis. app.
