Karachi University’s Bachelor’s/Honours and Master’s (morning) degree programmes in different departments

KARACHI The process of admissions to Karachi University’s Bachelor’s/Honours and Master’s (morning) degree programmes in different departments for which an aptitude test is mandatory will begin on Friday with the sale of prospectuses containing admission forms and other information at the UBL bank’s Silver Jubilee gate branch at the university.

The classes and departments in which admissions will be given on the basis of anaptitude test include BBA, BPA, BCom, MBA, MPA, computer science, applied physics,chemical engineering, bio-technology and environmental studies.


The prospectus containing forms to get admission to the KU’s Pharm-D (both morning and evening) programmes will also be available at the UBL’s Silver Jubilee gate branch.

According to KU admission committee director Prof Khalid Iraqi, admissions to Pharm-D (both morning and evening) programmes will be given purely on open merit and noaptitude test will be held for this programme.

He said that the students seeking admissions to the departments where an aptitude testwas mandatory and to the Pharm-D programme, could get the prospectus on the payment of Rs1,000 from the bank from Friday (Nov 11) and could submit the same at the same branch of the bank till Nov 18.Dawn.2011
