How to Apply?
The prospectus and forms can be obtained from the Admission Office, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Jhang Campus, on cash payment of Rs.1,000 for DVM and Rs.l00 only for Livestock Assistant.
In case the admission form is downloaded from University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) website, it should be accompanied with a bank draft/pay order of Rs.1,000 only in favor of Assistant Treasurer, CVAS, Jhang
Admission /application form complete in all respects should reach within office hours on or before November 25, 2011 for DVM and November 28, 2011for Livestock Assistant, in person or through post at the addresses given below.
