KARACHI, The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) with a view to avoiding chances of any injustice with candidates has decided to implement a medium-wise assessment of answer scripts from the next Secondary School Certificate (Class IX and X) annual examinations.
In this connection, BSEK controller of examinations Rafia Mallah has written letters to heads of all affiliated schools, requesting them to submit CVs of their teachers having expertise in English, Urdu and Sindhi subjects in the Board’s Teachers
Registration Section so that their services could be obtained for the assessment of answer scripts of the respective subjects.
She expressed the hope that the schools would extend their full cooperation to the boardin getting the medium-wise assessment of answer scripts implemented.
She said that such an effort on their part would not only help the board in getting the answer scripts assessed in a transparent manner but would also help satisfy candidates vis-à-vis assessment of their answer scripts.Dawn.
